How do brokers invite merchants?+
Brokers send a secure invitation directly through the Fundue app — just enter the merchant's email or phone number. The merchant receives a notification and can accept the invite in minutes.
Is my business data secure on Fundue?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is role-based and consent-driven — merchants explicitly authorize every broker connection.
What data can merchants share?+
Merchants can share aggregated sales data, revenue metrics, and business documents from connected platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. You control exactly what is shared and with whom.
Can I revoke broker access?+
Yes — at any time. Open the connection in the Fundue app and select "Revoke Access." The broker will immediately lose the ability to view your data, and no further information will be shared.
Does Fundue work with my e-commerce store?+
Fundue currently supports Shopify and Amazon integrations. Additional platforms are being added. If your platform is not yet supported, contact us and we'll let you know when it's available.
What happens after my data is reviewed?+
Once a broker reviews your submission and it meets lender requirements, they will move it forward to the underwriting or funding stage. You'll be notified of status changes throughout the process.

Is there a free plan?+
Fundue is free for merchants to join and respond to broker requests. Broker pricing details are available on request — reach out via the Contact page and we'll walk you through current plans.
