How do brokers invite merchants?+
Brokers send a secure invitation directly from the Fundue app — just enter the merchant's email or phone number. The merchant receives a notification and can accept in minutes, with no paperwork required.
Can I switch between roles?+
Yes. If you operate as both a broker and a merchant, you can manage both roles within the platform. Contact support if you need help setting up a dual-role account.
Is my data secure on Fundue?+
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Merchants explicitly authorize every broker connection, and access can be revoked at any time.
What documents will I need?+
Requirements vary by broker and lender, but typically include basic business information, bank statements, and platform sales data. Your broker will specify exactly what's needed when they send the invite.
What happens after I respond?+
Once you share your information, the broker reviews your submission and moves it forward to the lender or underwriting stage. You'll receive real-time status updates every step of the way.
Who can see my information?+
Only the brokers you've explicitly authorized can view your data. Fundue does not sell or share your information with third parties. You can revoke a broker's access at any time from your account.
Does Fundue work with my e-commerce store?+
Fundue currently supports Shopify and Amazon integrations. Additional platforms are on the roadmap. If your platform isn't supported yet, contact us and we'll keep you updated on availability.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most merchants complete the onboarding flow — from accepting the invite to connecting their store — in under 10 minutes. The broker review and lender decision timelines vary depending on the deal.
